With nearly three decades of experience, and a lengthy list of significant cases to his credit, Kim practices litigation for a variety of areas. He acts for Trustees in Bankruptcy, Receivers, Receiver-Managers, creditors, debtors, and Monitors appointed in accordance with the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act. Kim's clients also include the Law Society of British Columbia, Custodians appointed by the Court in relation to lawyers' practices, the Real Estate Compensation Fund Corporation, and the Real Estate Council of British Columbia.
Kim offers limited free basic legal advice as a participant of the Lawyer Referral Program, and he is a member of a variety of community groups and organizations.
