As Associate Counsel with Shapiro Hankinson & Knutson Law Corporation, Marc provides his expertise in many areas of construction law, focusing on tendering disputes, builders liens and the preparation and analysis of contract documents.
He has been "Repeatedly Recommended" by LEXPERT Canadian Legal Directory as a leading practitioner in the construction law practice area for British Columbia, and is Peer Review Rated for Ethical Standards and Legal Ability by LexisNexis Matindale-Hubbell.
Marc has authored more than 150 published articles on construction law topics and is a frequent lecturer to design professional and construction trade bodies, educational institutions, and business and trade seminars. He is a member of the editorial board and a contributor to the British Columbia Builders Liens Practice Manual published by The Continuing Legal Education Society of B.C.
