Patricia is a corporate and commercial solicitor with extensive experience in contracts, personal property security, acquisitions, leasing, employment and intellectual property matters. She also supports Shapiro Hankinson & Knutson Law Corporation's litigation team in the resolution of construction and engineering disputes. Patricia is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
