FREE Webinar: Risks and Consequences of Construction Procurement
December 9, 2020 – 12:00 to 1:30
Presented by SHK Law Corporation & Fairley Strategies
ABOUT THE EVENT
This session will examine the interplay between the law that governs procurement in Canada and the market realities that impact an owner’s procurement process. Procuring construction services of any size and scope exposes owners and the project participants to a variety of risks. Despite being an activity with the greatest impact on a project’s success, it is often the most rushed. The presenters will provide an overview of best practices which will assist in minimizing risks and helping to ensure the success of projects.
