Katrina Yaworsky is an associate with SHK’s Corporate, Commercial, Real Estate, and Estates, Wealth Preservation and Trusts practice groups.

Her broad practice focuses on providing clients with practical and relevant advice that is tailored to a client’s particular business or estate requirements.

The breadth of Katrina’s practice experience includes directing asset and share acquisitions and dispositions, structuring business enterprises, corporate reorganizations, facilitating commercial lending transactions, and estate planning and administration. In addition, Katrina has significant experience drafting wills and trusts, powers of attorney, and representation agreements.

Earlier in her career, Katrina gained experience in construction law with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of the Province of British Columbia (now Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia).

Katrina received her JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2014, where she concentrated on business, corporate, commercial and tax. While in law school, Katrina studied commercial law with a focus on the European Union at Lund University in Sweden. Prior to this, Katrina’s interests in business and entrepreneurship led her to obtain a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. She supplemented her commerce degree with a term abroad at the Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan, Italy.
