Lindsay D. Williams

Lindsay joined SHK in 2018. She practices generally in the area of insurance defence, with a specialization in professional liability. Lindsay frequently acts as counsel for architects, engineers, mortgage brokers, insurance agents and health and wellness professionals. Lindsay has appeared before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia, as well as in front of several administrative tribunals. She also has significant experience in mediation and other alternative forms of dispute resolution.

Professional Activities and Memberships

Lindsay is a member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Vancouver Bar Association. She has provided seminars to various industry groups on topics including builders liens and professional standards of care. She also volunteers as a moot court judge at UBC Allard School of Law, and has been a guest lecturer at Thompson Rivers University School of Law.
